Making a Payment


Users who make a payment through our website will be required to supply credit/debit card information or Paypal identifiers. All card information is secured securely with our third-party payments processor, Stripe Inc.


All direct payment gateways offered by and therefore used by Fullproof adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Submitting A Document


When submitting your document for proofreading, we collect the following information:

  • Notes for our proofreader (these notes are shared directly with our proofreaders so please do not disclose any personal information. This will be manually edited from our data archives at our discretion.)


Managing Your Information


You have the ability to edit and access the data file that we have associated with your user account. This includes:


  • Contact details

  • Activities

  • Orders

  • Invoices

  • Other information as provided to us by you


Data from third-party apps or services (such as Facebook or Google Analytics) is not included in your data file and cannot be provided.


You also have the ability to request your document be deleted from our system once we have completed your job. This will remove the physical document from our system; however, we will retain the metadata of the order for our records.
